Your entries stay on your device.

TipTaxTracker is a static, browser-based tool. It has no user accounts and no application database that receives the shift information you enter.

Shift-log data

Shift entries and optional record labels are stored in your browser’s local storage on the device you use. TipTaxTracker does not receive that data. It will not automatically appear on another device.

Imports, exports, and backups

CSV imports are read in your browser. CSV, PDF, and backup files are generated in your browser and downloaded only when you ask for them. Files you download are under your control.

Keep your own backup. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, resetting a device, or changing devices can remove a local log.

Website requests

As with any website, the hosting service receives ordinary request information needed to deliver pages, such as an IP address, browser details, and request time. TipTaxTracker does not currently load analytics, advertising, or remote font services.
